The laboratory has more than 70 sets of testing instruments and equipment from domestic and foreign famous brands, including hardness tester, tensile tester, compression deformation meter, vulcanizer, resistivity meter, horizontal combustion tester, UL94 flammability tester, etc., which can conduct conventional and special tests on rubber products, covering various indicators such as hardness, tensile strength, elongation at break, permanent compression deformation, vulcanization curve, volume surface resistivity, horizontal combustion test, UL94 flammability test, etc.
The laboratory has a number of senior engineers, engineers and other professional testing personnel, who have rich experience and technical level in testing and analysis of rubber plastic materials and products. They can conduct tests according to national standards, industry standards or customer requirements, and issue authoritative test reports.
The laboratory implements a strict quality management system, and operates and manages according to the international common ISO/IEC 17025 standard, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the test data.
