Meridian produces custom gaskets to your exact drawings and specifications, with the capability to achieve ISO 3302-1 M1 tolerance standards. Our one-piece molded rubber gaskets can be manufactured with diameters up to 2 meters.

Molded rubber gaskets are custom-shaped sealing components produced by curing uncured elastomer in precision molds under heat and pressure. This manufacturing process—including compression, transfer, or injection molding—enables the creation of complex three-dimensional geometries with integrated sealing beads, lips, variable cross-sections, and tight dimensional tolerances that cannot be achieved with cut or stamped sheet gaskets.
