Description

Reinforced graphite sheets are high-strength sealing materials made by laminating flexible graphite with metallic or non-metallic reinforcement layers to enhance mechanical stability, blowout resistance, and handling strength.
While maintaining the excellent sealing, chemical, and thermal performance of pure graphite, these sheets provide added rigidity and durability—making them ideal for use in high-pressure, high-temperature, and cyclic load applications.

It can be made into various kinds of circular and complex geometric shape gaskets, such as water level gauge gasket, cylinder gasket, exhaust pipe gasket, and rib heat exchanger gasket, etc.
To enhance mechanical strength, graphite sheets are reinforced with materials such as stainless steel, nickel, or tanged metal. These gaskets are suitable for dynamic applications, including engines and compressors.
